Pavel Doronin is an ambient composer and sound artist working at the intersection of acoustic recording and electronic texture. His music is built from field recordings, resonant piano, and slowly evolving synthesis — compositions that favour duration and stillness over event.

Born in the north, his practice is shaped by the particular quality of northern light and landscape: the long silences between seasons, the weight of unfinished winter afternoons. His work is as much about the space between sounds as the sounds themselves.

He has performed and exhibited at art institutions and concert venues across Scandinavia and Europe, and releases music independently. Collaborations are considered on an individual basis.
